Ambassador Ivan Pomaleu APEC 2018 PNG SOM Chair, when addressing the delegates of the 57th APEC Telecommunications and Information Working Group (APECTEL 57’ 2018) Meeting said the region is experiencing technological changes and sharing information through such meetings on challenges in ICT connectivity, plays a pivotal role in the process.
